Natalie Lindsay RN, M.A. (Applied)
Natalie received her undergraduate nursing degree from Whitireia Community Polytechnic and her Applied Masters of Arts Degree in Nursing from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Her clinical background is in orthopaedic, surgical and paediatric nursing and she has a special interest in adult teaching and learning, nursing workforce planning and leadership. Having worked in a number of clinical, educational, management and project roles both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom, she has combined her expertise developing, co-ordinating and delivering a postgraduate paper for graduate nurses in their first year of practice underpinned by the Careful Nursing Philosophy and Professional Practice Model. Natalie has also developed a programme of teaching resources, to support preceptors in clinical practice.
